Team Practices 

Team Practices $110* 

To assist your goalie develop on a deeper level, you can save money by not needing to buy ice or have them seen in person during team practice. This service is ideal for you since it will allow us to better understand the goaltender's areas of improvement by seeing them during team sessions.   

Off Ice (Dryland)

1 Hour

30 Minutes

Each session is personalized to the athlete’s current level, focusing on specific strengths and weaknesses. The goal is to provide a comprehensive off-ice training experience that complements on-ice practices, enabling goalies to elevate their skills, build endurance, and stay healthy throughout the season.
